I’ve always been a loyal customer and sent many to B & B ... NEVER AGAIN ... they have had my 1995 Chevy truck since the middle of July for an inspection and to fix breaks ... after paying the 600.00 bill in cash as requested , I still don’t have my truck , it sits on the lot day after day ... the same as it was ... with many excuses and no return calls ... I’m so frustrated ... Lonnie ... this isn’t right and you know it ... would you want to be treated this way ???? What would you do ? How would you handle this ?? 5 months of paid insurance , a paid in full balance to you in August and my truck is still not acceptable.... SO WRONG !!!!!
