We tried to take advantage of their 0 interest deals. So many problems I'm not sure I can list them all. Took THREE trips to the store and numerous calls to customer service to get everything straightened out. Delivery was screwed up, billing was wrong, first TWO orders were entered wrong, an extra service charge to correct THEIR error. Very bad experience. No wonder they're having problems staying in business.
I LOVE J.C. Penny. It is clean, well laid out, good prices, great coupons and rewards program. Restrooms are clean. Staff are exceptional. Products are high quality. I could shop there for hours and spend my hard earned money EXCEPT MY HUGE DISLIKE IS THE VOLUME OF MUSIC in their store. Because of the volume, I get what I came for and leave. I have constructively mentioned this MUSIC VOLUME many times and the reply is always the same: it is controlled by a source outside of the store. This, of course, keeps more money in my purse and not spent there. Sad, really. Sad.

Their were two ladies working the fine jewelry department today. I received excellent service from both of them! It is my daughters 50th birthday this month and they were so helpful! I'm very thankful for their help!
Nice change from our typical Wal-Mart trips. Good deals when they have sales. Pleasant workers.
