Just about as good of a brick and mortar electronics store as you could hope for. Certain staff can be pretty pushy and some of the BS their reps have tried to peddle in regards to cabling by trying way too hard to meet their accessory attachment goals can be really off putting but that's usually not the norm.
Went into buy a camera. Walked out with nothing good experience no sales pressure. I had fun just walking aimlessly
Went here on black Friday and was assisted by 3 different people - who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and never once rushed me. On such a crazy day, I appreciated their courtesy.
TWO different Best Buys were less than professional while trying to purchase an Echo Plus this past week, this one being one of them. Too bad too. I'll buy my assessories for it from Amazon for sure.
I'd choose less than one star - if it was possible! We bought a 10"Fire Tablet for $99. And a case for $40. I got the tablet home we opened it and I turned it on. I noticed immediately that there were funny lines at the top right corner like the screen was cracked, after inspecting it I realized it wasn't the outside glass. I determined it was some type of internal damage or a glitch. I tried to add a few apps that my husband loves to use, but I couldn't. I didn't research the product like I usually do. Big mistake. My husband decided that he didn't want it because he couldn't get these apps. I said "Well, we need to return it regardless because I don't think these lines are supposed to be there." So we went to return it. - Because of the lines at the top corner we were accused of damaging it!! She said it was a stress fracture from holding it too tightly. I couldn't believe it. I'm extremely gentle with all my electronics! The snotty customer service rep. named Arian said that they don't ship damaged goods! I worked retail for many years, I dealt with many types of products. I know for a fact that products are shipped out broken on a regular basis. It happens! They are not perfect, they make mistakes too. But because of this damage were refused a refund! Finally after the manager was called we were offered store credit instead of just a replacement! But because of the horribly disrespectful way that we were treated we don't want to buy Anything from them ever again! I've shopped Best Buy for many years— but they've lost a customer!
