We just bought our first king size mattress from furniture market place and not only did we get a quality made in the USA product we were not forced into buying the most expensive bed on the floor but what fit our comfort level and the knowledge we gained been to other places around the surrounding area you just cannot find a place like this for the prices they offer thank you guys again!!
We try to buy American made goods as much as possible and this store is full of them! The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable--not pushy. They have a great selection and beautiful furniture. What we have bought was well-made. We will definitely purchase from them again.
First I would like to say I love the furniture we bought. My problem is with the after service. We had several items damaged and the store's response has not been good. We are still waiting for for a replacement chair, the cup holder divider a replacement panel for a recliner. The problem being the store wants the manufacturer to replace the items, the manufacturer is wanting the delivery service whom delivered the furniture to be held responsible for the damage and we want the furniture we have to be pristine the way it should have been when delivered. We have been keeping in touch on the progress and nothing is getting done. We paid over $6,000.00 it has been a few months now. We never get calls from the store. Poor customer service!
The family who owns and operates this store are so kind and generous! Just purchased two nightstands and instead of charging me a delivery fee, the owner is going to drop them off personally, since I live so close! I go other places to shop and always end up coming back to them to buy! Thank you so much!
