Worst mistake ever. Needed clothes for work next week. Dropped off with owner's daughter who said lady would be in to launder them later. Got a call from maintenance guy who locked my clothes in office because Julie is apparently off this weekend and is holding my clothes hostage till whenever in the heck Julie gets back next week. Will not give me Julie's # so I can contact her since he says coming back is not in his job description. He was EXTREMELY rude and huge up on me several times when all I wanted was for him to open the office so I could get my clothes back AT HIS CONVENIENCE!!! I will be recommending that the hotel not send future guests to this laundromat. Customer service = non-existent.
Very nice and clean machines. Met the owner Julie, what a wonderful person, very helpful. Showed up at 10 am business not crowded at all. Thank you.
