During our massage, we were shown into a room about the size of a cubicle. Into this tight space went two plus sized people and two masseuses. There was no where to place clothes, and the tables were more narrow than those at other, better locations. Over the next hour, their was a great deal of bumping, scraping and general tightness of space, which greatly curtailed the experience. Moreover, the staff was doing laundry immediately outside of the vinyl slide that served as the door. My masseuse did a good job, using strength to get down into the muscles, but my wife's experience amounted to an oily hand rub, without any real massaging going on. When we were done, we were given a Styrofoam glass of what appeared to be tap water.

Having just moved to the area from Illinois, we were looking for a new day spa, and came across this location via a Google search. On Saturday (which was Valentine's Day), I arranged for my wife to spend the morning at the Spa, having her hair cut and styled. I then joined her for a couples massage. While making the appointment, the staff were very courteous and accommodating. And that is about all I can say that is positive.

Very friendly and upbeat staff. Very helpful. Great job ladies.

I actually just went in for the ultimate facial and I was blown away! My blackheads are gone and that was by far the most relaxing hour of 2016! I will be getting that done every single time I return without a doubt!

I have been going to Port Salon for over ten years. The people have always been so friendly, it feels as if they are all family to me.

I've had everything done at this salon and can't complain one bit. The people are understanding and will do whatever they can to make sure their customer is satisfied.

Pedicures here are absolutely amazing! They actually scrub all that dead skin away and the mask is such a refreshing finishing touch!

Don't even get me started on their nails.. I've had my nails done by several different ladies here and I have never been let down.. and I am picky when it comes to having nails so that's saying something!

Apparently, my wife's hair was colored and styled, but at no point was she asked what color or details she wanted. They just set to work, and she did not question it because she thought I had given them the relevant information. To be clear, the cut is competent, but at no point was she engaged as to what she wanted.

I have gone here many times. I usually get 3 colors in my hair (all foils) and am always happy when I leave. Cindy always makes sure I am comfortable and everyone is very nice.

For all of this, we paid a small fortune; far more than what we have paid at better, more upscale locations. Lesson learned; we will continue to look for alternate locations.

I had scheduled my wedding party at this Salon this past Saturday, to say I was disappointed in the finished product would be an understatement. Though my dis-satisfaction started earlier in the week. I went in for Highlights and Lowlights, I showed a picture of what I wanted and came out nothing like that as well as didn't bother to touchup my current highlights where it was growing out. Fast forward to a couple days later I had to have a trial run on my hair and makeup, hair was not what I was expecting and makeup well that was a complete disaster. I was hoping that I would look really good coming out of the Salon with professional makeup done, but was the exact opposite and looked like I was punched in this face, as well as when I said I wanted a smoky eye the girl drew like batwings in the corner with no shadow on the eyelid it looked absolutely horrendous. I was petrified and went home and had to completely redo my makeup. She mentioned not to worry that come my wedding day it would be better. Oh and of course no discount was offered and still charged full price for something that looked like a kid drew on my face. Obviously I was concerned now going in on my wedding day but couldn't do much about it because it would have been to late for a wedding party of 10 to go somewhere else. My concerns quickly became reality, my cheeks were bright red, as well as the eye shadow on my lids were red yes red doesn't exactly say dark smoky eye. My mother you couldn't even tell she had makeup on, and all of the girls except for one had problems with the makeup. Luckily we had 3 hours before the start of the wedding, and my friend brought her makeup we went to the venue and she completely redone everyones' makeup. She then went and bought a straightening iron to help fix some of the girls hair. Oh I also forgot to mention I had received a spray tan and couldn't even tell. After all of this no discounts, apologies, or anything was given. The makeup girl knew we were not happy. I ended up pouring over 400 in this place in a weeks time for hair, make up, tan, wax, color and cut and brought 9 others in with me. Only for everyone to walk out completely disgusted and I felt ashamed for choosing this place.
