Very dissatisfied with the service I received! I've been coming to this salon for years but since new management has taken over the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism from the staff has deteriorated. I will not be back after my visit yesterday evening 7/26/17. They rushed through my pedicure (didn't get what is on the price list), they tried several times to 'upsell' me and when I declined, the lady became rather rude. I decided to go ahead and get a gel manicure while I was there and also didn't get what I asked for because she rushed through it! The gel manicure looks rough and will most likely not last the 2 weeks that they claim it will. And, at the price they charge it should! Also, since new management has been in place, they no longer honor the "FREE" basic pedicure after you've purchased 10. It's now $15 off of the basic pedicure. Wow! Not a way to keep long term clients. Oh, and one last thing. Please don't try to use a Visa Gift Card to pay your bill! They won't take them and make you feel terrible because it looks like your credit card was declined when in reality it's their machine that won't accept them. I mentioned to them that they need to let their clients know that they can't use Visa Gift Cards to pay for their services BEFORE providing the service! I know for a fact that the gift card worked because I went next door to a clothing store and it processed just fine! They did nothing to apologize for my inconvenience or the fact that I was unhappy with the service I received! I will not be back and will not recommend them to others! There are cleaner more professional salons in the area with staff that can communicate well and go out of their way to make your experience a pleasant one no matter how busy they are. Not this one!
9x's out of 10 I get a great manicure. I need to stick with my same guy. Overall this is the place!
Best dip nail mailnicure in St. Louis County!! Ask for Lisa or Mya, but every tech is good!
Fantastic service and quality work. I've been to a few nail salons, and Star 30 does an outstanding job and my manicure lasts a lot longer than it has from other salons. Very friendly!
I have gone to a lot of nail salons in and around St. Louis. So many places, they don't care to learn your name and just don't listen to what you want. I have to say that I love this place and the people. Always have a smile for me AND they remember me. They listen to what I want. I even convinced my husband to go. He is now addicted to their pedicures too! Give them a try, you may love them too.
