This is an ok place to live. The management is aweful! Rude and always changing rules, giving deadlines and threatining fines. The park and pool are convenient but no lifegaurd so your kids have to be 16 or have a parent present, which is tough when you have a 12 year old that wants to swim all the time. In the winter it is difficult to make it out because of the hills.
Very quite nieghberhood. Besides seeing a man walking with a pistol in hand around children playing.
Every year the rent goes up and they still fix nothing... New rules applied( but only to certain people) every year. Worst place to live if you want to be left alone and just live...
Nice area and has their own community swimming pool
