It is very clean and quiet. The management makes sure everyone keeps their lawn mowed which tends to make a huge difference in how a neighborhood looks.
Worse management around for a trailor park..the rent seemed to just get higher and higher we started paying 350 and ended up paying over 500 a month after new management took over. Your not even aloud to work on your own vehicle.
Water bill is determined by Community. Very high. Like twice as much as others living in homes around.
I don't live here, my friend does. Cute park. I don't like how the boil order for water has been there for a while off and on. Kinda sucks. But always clean.
