It has lot of space to park and drive
We lived there years ago. At one time, it was an ok place to live, other than the roads not being cleared or repaired. Along came the Mt Everest apartments and there was an argument between that management and the manager of the mobile home park as to who was responsible for road repairs and clearing. Nothing was done. When the mobile homes got older, people started selling them for next to nothing, and the bums started moving in. There would be fires in the dumpsters at the apartments, fights, drugs in both the mobile home park and the apartments. The manager at Shangri La did what she did best... collect the pad rent only. Take a drive through there before you decide to move in. Funny thing... the people that now own an apartment building are telling future tenants that the mobile home park is being taken down and made into beautiful condos just to get them in.
Clean it up from last visit.
I grew up here, from as early as I can remember, to the age of ten. Glad to see it's just as horrible as I remember. I see people note the children roaming around. Yeah, that's about all we had to do for fun there. That, and bash each-others heads in with stones. The living conditions are appalling in most of the trailers, and some of the apartment complexes. Service? No, no service. No one to look to for help, and I don't even know if the police do their rounds here anymore. Someone will always find a reason to hate you and argue with you. Expect to make enemies. I remain scarred from my time here, I hope you would spare any of your children this place, as me and my young sibling had only bad experiences. If you're a vagabond, a member of a hate group or are a prospective drug dealer, I'm sure that this place is for you. I am so sorry for everyone who has to live here, and I hope you would accept my deepest apologies for the wandering children, they won't know regret until later.
