Nice and quiet
The park itself is nice and quiet...although you would think with how expensive it is to live here that they would have money to fix the roads and maybe put up speed limit signs and/or speed bumps! The management is a different story. Ashley is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with and when I requested to speak with someone else, she told me there is no one else and that the owner refuses to speak with tenants. We inquired about this place in May 2017 and were told it was for RENT. When we looked at the Home, we were told the RENT price. When we came in to sign the paperwork, Ashley rushed us through and did not go over any of the information with us. This is partly our fault because we should have said “No, we need time to read this.” At the end of October 2017, we found a note taped to our door that we are required to pay an extra $50/month for a commercial insurance plan...which means we have to pay an extra $50/mo to cover their butts if anything happens to the home, nothing of ours will be. When I tried to inquire to Ashley about this, because we only want to rent, not buy...she cut me off, interrupted me, and told me this is a lease to own, not a rental. And just for informative purposes, I spoke to numerous insurance companies who all said they have never heard of this! And they also said that IF we did want to buy, proof of insurance is REQUIRED before signing the paperwork.
Nice place to live
The park is nice the manager could use a little training in PUBLIC RELATIONS she is rude to say the least.
It's a nice place but the roads needs to be fixed
