Very nice they have a playground and a pool.
It's nice enough. Love the pool but there are certain rules that do not get enforced, such as no fireworks, and no loud exhaust on cars. Kids in the neighborhood play outside a lot and it's nice to see. Overalll a positive living experience.
It's not bad for a Jefferson County trailer park. I don't think anyone has been shooting in there recently. That's good for a second star. And it does have a pool......
I spoke too soon. They shootin', now that's what a Jefferson County trailer park is supposed to sound like at 4 o'clock in the morning.
This place is the ghetto of northwest Jefferson County. All of the trailers need repairs. There are stray dogs or dogs the residents just don't take care of running around everywhere. The buildings surrounding are all boarded up with broken glass in the windows. The rent there is cheap, but there is definitely a reason. I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my child play outside here. I'm fairly convinced every other trailer is a meth lab and almost all of the residents are on drugs. The gas station up the street has some really unfriendly workers unless you look like you fit in to the white trash neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to live, bite the bullet, pay a little bit more, and stay on the north side of highway 30.

I've lived here for ten years. In the past year they've cleaned it up quite a bit moved out old trailers moved in brand new trailers. In previous years there were Riff Raff walking around doing whatever they want, but that's changed now. I give it three stars because they've also taken away a lot of things that we used to enjoy. Like personal small fire pits that you purchase at Home Depot, small swings or any kind of fencing. Overall I'd say it's one of the better trailer parks.
